    lovely decor
    amazing food

Couples looking for amazing food should try this!

The moment we walked into that place, my partner and I were struck by the beautiful decor. We had dinner by the roaring fire, and I can tell you, the steak and ale pie. well, it was divine. The homemade short rib beef just melted in my mouth. You ever have a meal that makes you forget everything else? Yeah, that was it.

Wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the quality, it was still acceptable.

    excellent service
    variety of choice

Just a suitable option for a quick stopover in Medbourne with fantastic value for money. I enjoyed excellent service throughout my stay, especially at breakfast where the choices were very good. Avoid rooms over the bar if you're a light sleeper.

    beautiful gardens

the nevill arms is such a beautiful place in a pretty village. the gardens are amazing and so well kept. our deluxe double room was really nice with a huge bathroom and comfy linens. the food was simply out of this world, especially the gluten-free options they made for me — something i really appreciated! all the staff were super friendly and let us store our bikes safely too.

    friendly staff

Oh mate, the food was spot on! The salads were fresh and bursting with flavor, and the dinner in the pub area was proper lush. Plus, the staff were a treat, making us feel right at home. A top-notch breakfast to kick off the day, too!

    delicious breakfast
    welcoming staff
    awkward tv placement
    limited options

i recently stayed here after visiting last year and was blown away. the cycling routes around medbourne were epic, and the pub was very welcoming. my room had a four-poster bed, and the breakfast was completely delicious with plenty of gluten-free options.

    the tv placement was awkward.

    charming decor
    welcoming log burner
    comfortable space

    underwhelming menu

I adored the charming decor throughout The Nevill Arms, particularly the cozy bar area with its welcoming log burner, providing a comfortable space for relaxation after a long journey. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged for visitors.

Improve vegetarian options on the menu.

    comfortable room
    delicious breakfast
    poor signage
    limited menu
    average service

A well-appointed room featuring a four-poster bed ensured a comfortable stay, complemented by excellent facilities like a large TV and tea-making options. Dining was a highlight, with superb breakfast options and fresh, local ingredients in the evening meal, further enhanced by professional and welcoming staff. While the ambiance was inviting, clearer signage could improve arrival experience. a memorable visit with great food and hospitality.

    busy weekend
    uninviting outdoor space
    noisy surroundings

The renovated classic king room offered spaciousness, a comfy bed, and a large bathroom. Dinner and breakfast were delicious, while the attentive staff made us feel genuinely welcomed, even lending us an umbrella during a drizzly day. The outdoor garden provided a lovely spot to relax, perfectly balancing a busy weekend atmosphere with a surprising level of quiet after hours.

    inviting garden
    friendly staff
    noisy weekends

great stay but noisy on weekends

The ambiance in the outdoor garden area was inviting and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped, making morning routines enjoyable.

It can get quite lively on weekends with events, which might affect those seeking a quieter atmosphere.
